Travel Information

When you come from

the Airport: you can either take a taxi (approx. 60 Swiss Francs) to Gloriastrasse 35 or take the train to Zurich mainstation (Zürich Hauptbahnhof). Alternatively a light rail connection "Glattalbahn" (physically the same as a tram, also circulates as tram line #10) runs from the airport directly to ETH, without the need to change. Trip time is about 28 minutes. Board on the platform outside the airport on departure level and leave the train at the stop "ETH/Kantonsspital" (right in front of the ETH main building). From ETH to the airport, take tram line #10 with the destination "airport". There are typically 4 connections per hour.

Zurich mainstation: you can take the tram number 6 from Bahnhofstrasse to Voltastrasse (the 5th stop). Then go back approx. 100m (300ft) and you will arrive to the main entrance of the Electrical Engineering building

ETZ building: most of our offices are located on the G-floor. See the member list for further information
